How can I sign up an account with Tad Coffee Company and is there any fees required?

You may sign up for an account with us at “My Account” page and no fees is required for signing up.

What are the benefits to sign up an account with Tad Coffee Company?

Upon signing up, you will receive a S$5 in your account as a welcome token from us, and you can immediately start shopping!  More interestingly, we offer a cashback reward of up to 10% when you successfully checked out.  For every S$10 spent, you will receive 1 Tad Seed and each Tad Seed values at S$1, which you can use to off set your next purchase with us.  The more you spend, the more you earn for next purchase!

Does cashback value has a validity date?

Yes, cashback earned has a validity of three(3) months.  Users are encouraged to use their cashback within the validity period.

About Coffee Beans and Tadpods

How many types of Tadpods are there?

We have two different Tadpods to choose from, they are Aviary and Chupaflor.  Each has its own unique flavour profile and character. You may find out more about our Tadpods in “Shop” page.  Our Tadpods are compatible to Nespresso® machine and are capsuled in biodegradable capsules.

Is Tad Coffee and Nespresso® affiliated?

No. Nespresso® trademark is owned by Societe Des Produits Nestle SA and is not affiliated with Tad Coffee.

Is your Tadpods Nespresso® compatible?

Yes, our Tadpods are Nespresso® compatible and you may use our Tadpods on any of the Nespresso® machine in the market.

Can you grind my coffee to powder?

Yes, we are able to grind your coffee to coffee grounds.  Upon selection of your coffee package size, you can select the grind size of the coffee apparatus that you are using or closest to, we will help you grind before delivery.  If not, coffee will be send to you in whole beans by default.

How do I store my coffee beans?

It is recommended to keep your coffee beans in cool and dry condition, in an air tight container or the coffee bags that you originally purchase.  You should prevent direct contact of heat and light.  Most importantly, do not store the coffee beans in the refrigerator as the condensation may affect the quality of the coffee bean that may result in your cup of coffee.

Will coffee expire? How long can I keep them?

Coffee will not expire but they do have a best before date to take note of.  You are encourage to consume the coffee within 6 to 8 weeks from the roast date indicated on your coffee packaging.  We strive to deliver to you within 7 to 10 days from the roast date, so that you receive the freshest coffee possible.

Do you offer your coffee as single origin or blend?

Tad Coffee Company offers a wide range of coffee beans, from coffee blends to single origin coffees.

Is your coffee organic?

Tad Coffee Company uses coffee of different origins, processing methods and grading systems.  Organic coffee availability depends on the coffee season.  When you purchase with us, we recommend for you to look closely to the information given and we hope you find the coffee that suits your requirement.

Is your coffee Halal?

Our business is not Halal certified.  The roasting plant we are roasting our coffee in is Halal certified.

Barista Training and Event

Do you do coffee cart service at events?

Yes, we have coffee cart service packages for our customers.  If you are interested to have Tad Coffee Company at your special event, wedding, convention etc, connect with us at asktad@tadcoffee.com or drop a message to us at the chat box at the bottom left of our page.  Our Tad Team will revert back to you soonest.

Can I use SkillsFuture to attend your classes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you in using your SkillsFuture credits in our classes and coffee programs.

Does all your Barista Training comes with certification?

Our trainer is a certified trainer with Specialty Coffee Association and ASEAN Coffee Federation.   Training program under Specialty Coffee Association and ASEAN Coffee Federation comes with certification upon completion.  As for our in-house program, a Certificate of Completion will be provided after completion.

Ordering and Delivery

What should I do if my order did not arrive?

We strive to ensure that your order reaches you within seven(7) working days, if it dosen’t, connect with us at asktad@tadcoffee.com and provide us your order number for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer delivery and shipping within Singapore.  If there is interest for overseas shipping, please connect with us at asktad@tadcoffee.com and give our Tad Team 48 hours to revert back to you.

Is there any minimum order?

No, there will not be any minimum order required for any ordering in our webshop.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, there will be a delivery charge of S$6 for every successful checked out.

What about your delivery schedule?

Deliveries will be managed by our Tad Team and/or a third-party courier service in Singapore.  Upon each successful checked out, please allow three(3) to five(5) working days for delivery.

What is roasting production schedule like?

We freshly roast our coffee beans every week, between Tuesday and Wednesday.

What is your refund and cancellation policy like?

We do not have any cancellation policy.  We value all our customers and we will do our best to accommodate should there be a case for refund or cancellation. You may write to us at asktad@tadcoffee.com and give our Tad Team 48 hours to revert back to you. Please take note that refund and cancellation request is upon Tad Coffee’s discretion.

Why I can’t redeem my promotion code/voucher? What should I do?

Please check the terms and conditions of the code/voucher and ensure that code/voucher is within the validity period. Do make sure that you are not using multiple coupon codes at the same time.  If you are still not able to redeem the code/voucher, please write to us at asktad@tadcoffee.com and give our Tad Team 48 hours to revert back to you.

What are the payment methods available?

Tad Coffee Company uses Stripe payment system to assist in our payment processes.  Stripe accepts payment via American Express, Mastercard, Visa.

Do I need an account to order your coffee?

No, you do not need to create an account to purchase our coffee and product.  At the end of the checked out page, you are required to fill up some details to help us serve you better through our production and delivery team.  You are encourage to sign up an account, so you can enjoy cashback from every purchases with us.
